How enrollment works
Tour the room
Come see the classroom your child would join and meet the teachers who run it. Bring your child. Ask about the daily schedule and how the first weeks work. Then you will know if it fits your family's routine.
Enroll and settle in
Complete enrollment and plan a first week that suits your child's routine. Ask about drop-off, pickup, and who is allowed to collect your child. Once you are registered, the program staff can walk you through the rest.
What to have ready
Have your enrollment forms ready, along with a health form and immunization record. Write down emergency contacts and the names of people allowed to pick up your child. Registration fees are $75 for one child and $150 for two or more, and they are non-refundable. Tuition payments must be set up on Autopay in Procare.
Pack a change of clothes and label everything, including the spare set. Add outdoor gear for the season and any comfort object your child wants for rest time. A water bottle with their name helps too. Keep it simple so your child can find their things.
Sort out the drop-off routine before the first day, including who says goodbye and when. Decide who will pick up and make sure that person is on the authorized list. Tell the teacher how you would like to hear about the day. If you want a call or a note, say so at the start.
The first weeks
The first days often go better with a short visit before the full routine begins. Send a familiar object from home, like a small toy or a photo. A teacher greets your child by name at the door. That greeting is the first step in building trust.
Teachers tell you how the day went when you pick up, and they say when your child stopped watching the door and joined in. Ask them how drop-off goes after you leave. Give your child time to settle.

What ages do you take?
Children from K-8 and teens; programs serve ages 5-12, grades K-12, and students ages 12-18 depending on program.
Can we visit before deciding?
Yes. A tour is how most families decide, and children are welcome to come along.

What does a typical day include?
A day is built around arrival, play and learning, meals and rest, outdoor time, and pickup. The schedule depends on which program your child joins. Before and after school care, full-day fall, spring, and summer programs, and STEAM and arts programs all run on their own rhythm. Ask us what a typical day looks like for your child's age.
How will I know how my child is doing?
Teachers talk with you at pickup and answer questions when you ask. Call or email the office during the day if you need to reach someone. Tell the teacher how you prefer to hear about your child's day.
Do you offer part-time or flexible schedules?
Schedules depend on the age group and on which openings we have in a given program, so the pattern varies from child to child. Ask us what is available for your child's age and the days you need, and we will tell you what fits.
What if there is no place right now?
If a program is full, ask us to note your child's age and the days you need. We will contact you when a place opens for that age group.
What should I ask on the tour?
Ask about hours, meals, and how pickup works. Ask how the first weeks are handled and how the day runs for your child's age. Bring your questions to the tour and we will walk through them with you.
