What to expect

Full-Day Programs

Full Day Programs are for students ages 5 to 12. The focus is academic enrichment, discovery, STEAM, and having fun. Breakfast and a healthy snack are provided each day. Programs run during spring, summer, and fall breaks. To ask about specific dates, hours, or how to register, contact ATAP directly.

What this looks like in practice

In a full-day program, children move through a rhythm rather than a rush. They arrive, eat breakfast, and settle into a group activity. Then come projects that mix academic enrichment with STEAM, followed by lunch, rest, and more hands-on work. Parents can expect to see cubbies with names, tables set up for building and drawing, and a daily note or conversation about what their child did.

The practical benefit shows up at home. Your child can stay on a steady routine during breaks instead of losing ground. They eat breakfast and a snack, so they are not cranky by pickup. They come home with something to show or tell, which keeps them connected to learning even when school is closed. And you keep your work schedule intact.
